1. Introduction

By accessing or using the services of DM Outreach (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“client,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by DM Outreach, including but not limited to lead generation, appointment setting, and related consulting.


2. Services Provided

  • DM Outreach provides B2B lead generation and appointment setting services.
  • Our primary offer is pay-per-meeting: you purchase a package of meetings (e.g., 25, 50, 75) with qualified decision-makers in your target market, as outlined in your onboarding or campaign brief.
  • Deliverables are introductions or meetings booked with prospects, not sales or closed business outcomes.
  • You pay only for the number of meetings in your selected package; additional meetings require a new purchase.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate business information, approve messaging, and participate in campaign setup and offer refinement as needed.
  • You agree to respond promptly to requests for input, approvals, or feedback throughout the campaign.
  • You are responsible for ethical use of leads and contacts, and for following up with all provided appointments.

4. Guarantees, Refunds & Results

  • Any guarantees (such as a certain number of meetings, or ROI guarantees) are conditional and dependent on your cooperation, the quality of your offer, and adherence to our process.
  • The guarantee is void if:
    • You do not implement recommended changes to your value proposition, offer, or outreach messaging.
    • You are unresponsive or delay approvals, access, or feedback.
    • You refuse to participate in optimizing your offer or follow-up process.
    • You do not treat prospects or booked meetings ethically.
  • Refunds or compensation will only be provided if all guarantee conditions are met and DM Outreach is unable to deliver the contracted number of meetings after making commercially reasonable efforts.
  • We do not guarantee sales, hires, or other business outcomes beyond the delivery of meetings as described.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Packages

  • Packages are transparently priced by number of meetings and are payable in advance via Stripe or another payment processor.
  • By making a payment, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
  • No services are rendered until payment is received in full.
  • Annual prepayment or multi-package discounts may be offered at our discretion.

6. Collaboration & Penalties

  • Your active collaboration on offer, messaging, and targeting is required for campaign success.
  • Delays in providing input or feedback may delay campaign launch and void guarantees.
  • DM Outreach may terminate the guarantee and/or cancel service without refund if your actions (e.g., non-cooperation, abusive conduct, misrepresentation) materially impede campaign performance.
  • Abusive or unethical behavior toward prospects or our team will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

7. Scalability & Adjustments

  • Packages and campaigns are designed to be deliverable and achievable.
  • If DM Outreach determines a requested volume of meetings is not feasible for your market or campaign, we reserve the right to adjust deliverables or recommend a different package.
  • If the client’s offer is deemed unfit for market—despite collaborative optimization—guarantees may be suspended, and alternative solutions proposed.

8. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

  • You own all leads and appointment data generated for you.
  • DM Outreach retains ownership of our internal methodologies, scripts, and proprietary processes.
  • All information shared with DM Outreach will be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of providing agreed services.

9. Case Studies, Referrals, and Social Proof

  • DM Outreach provides anonymized case studies as proof of results.
  • Direct referrals to past or current clients are not provided, to protect client privacy.
  • If you require further proof of competence, please communicate your specific concerns for a direct response.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • DM Outreach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, missed opportunities, or results from third-party actions.
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.

11. Termination & Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate service with written notice according to the cancellation terms in your agreement.
  • Outstanding fees are due upon termination.
  • In the event of cancellation, all collected data and booked appointments up to the termination date remain your property.

12. Modifications & Updates

  • DM Outreach reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Notice of changes will be posted on our website; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
  • Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
